| APPLICATION | These are in-process take up reels. They can be used on rod breakdown and high speed wire drawing machines. |

- Suitable for single ends of aluminium from 1 mm to 5mm diameter. - Plain and tinned single ends of copper from 0.1 mm to 3.5mm diameter. - Multi-ends of plain and inned copper from 6/0.102mm to 12/0.4mm aluminium from 1 mm to 5mm diameter. |

- Manufactured from high quality steel plate and tube. - Welded by MIG process, all welds and weld preparations conforming to BS 5135. - Dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 for operation at 40M/Sec. - Suitable designs for drawing aluminium alloys and subsequent annealing. - Suitable for use in bunching and stranding machines. - Suitable for static coiler with datumed machined faces. - Suitable for transportation between factories. |
