- Manufactured from high quality steel plate and tube. - Welded by MIG process, all welds and weld preparations conforming to BS 5135. - Machined on C.N.C. Lathes for precision and repeatable dimensions and tolerances. - Dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 for operation at 40M/Sec. - Precision machined for use in robotic handling systems and on automatic guided vehicles. - Designed for minimal flange distortion when loaded, to ensure uniform traversing and high speed pay-off into extrusion lines, bunchers, re-wind for braiding, etc. - Suitable for transportation between factories. |
